1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
2. Booking & Payments
- A minimum advance payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival in Kashmir.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund.
4. Liability
TripJiyo acts only as an agent for the hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or political unrest in the region.
